Affiliate shall (a) make adequate disclosures as required by law to those on its email list(s) regarding Affiliate's email and privacy and security policies; (b) respond to all complaints within one (1) business day after Affiliate becomes aware of the complaint, (c) provide Company with a copy of every complaint, immediately upon Affiliate's receipt thereof, (d) implement any corrective action Company may require and (e) comply with any legal and/or other requirements Company may reasonably specify.

USE OF SOFTWARE. Company may make certain software available to you from the Sites. If you download software from the Sites, the software, including all files and images contained in or generated by the software, and accompanying data (collectively, "Software") are deemed to be licensed to you by Company, for your personal, noncommercial, home use only. Company does not transfer either the title or the intellectual property rights to the Software, and Company retains full and complete title to the Software as well as all intellectual property rights therein. INFORMATION COLLECTED In the course of operating the Razoreye Media Services, we may collect two types of information about our users: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.

"Personal Information" is personally identifiable information, such as your name, and email address. Personal Information is collected by us when you choose to provide it to us when registering for a Razoreye Media Service, such as when you choose to subscribe to a Razoreye Media Service, enter a Razoreye Media promotion, purchase a Razoreye Media product, or choose to receive a Razoreye Media newsletter. In addition, if you choose to contact any of our customer service representatives, we may keep a record of that correspondence so that we may fully address the subject matter. SEVERABILITY; WAIVER. If, for whatever reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any term or condition in these Terms of Use to be unenforceable, all other terms and conditions will remain unaffected and in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with the Sites is in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence. No waiver of any breach of any provision of these Terms of Use shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent, or subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions hereof, and no waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the waiving party.

If at any time Subscriber is unsatisfied with the product or service provided, it is Subscriber’s responsibility to notify Company to allow Company to rectify any problems or to cancel the Subscription. A membership that is still within the given trial period may be refunded to the client in the case where the Web Detective Pro service malfunctions, is not accessible to the client, or the client is unsatisfied with the service. As the Subscription is provided on a month-to-month basis, it is Subscriber’s responsibility to notify Company prior to payment of monthly fees. Payment of ongoing monthly fees signifies Subscriber’s satisfaction with the Subscription, previous months billing, and all products and services provided to that point.
